  • The Garden is a once per year course composed of 3 different sessions
    Equipping Mission Leadership
  • Equipping Session
The Equipping Session is 12 weeks of Biblical equipping, and building a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. Before we can produce much fruit, we first must learn to "Abide" with the Father by being fully known. These 12 weeks will be a combination of classroom studying, and practical application. If we do not put to work what the Lord is teaching us, then we become like stagnant ponds rather than streams of life.
  • Mission Session
The Mission Portion will last around 6 weeks, and will be your chance to live out the Great Commission by going to every tribe and tongue. This will not be your typical mission trip. Our goal is to support local missionaries by boldly walking in faith and leading others to Christ. This location will be among an unreached people group.
  • Leadership Session
After you go through our rigorous equipping and mission, we want to set you up for wherever God may be leading you next. We believe God will use the Garden to impact sectors beyond just ministry such as business, government, medical, education, and music! We believe God will divinely download a next step for each student, our goal is to prepare you to lead wherever God may lead you.
  • What will I learn through the Equipping Session?
The Equipping Session will cover the following topics: Planted in Christ Discover your Purpose in His Kingdom Understanding the Fear of the Lord Spiritual Warfare God's Heart for the Nations Conflict Resolution/Healthy Communication Biblical History Church/Revival History The Scarlet Thread of Jesus Christ through Scripture Biblically based worship Biblical Worldview Spiritual Principles for the Blessed Life
  • What is the cost?
The cost per person is $5,900 which includes housing, daily lunch, airfare for the mission session, team-fun days, and all books needed.
  • What does the Garden do to help cultivate an abiding relationship with the Father?
We have built in time for worship and prayer into each week, but most importantly we ask for all of our students to commit to eliminating distractions. This means we ask for all students to give up their phone for 6 days per week. We recognize we live in a world of distractions, and while phones can be a great tool, we see the Garden as a place of refuge and establishing new habits. We recognize if a student is not willing to give up their phone for this time, they probably will not receive the true breakthrough from this experience. Directors will have their phones on them at all times, and will be available in case of emergencies.
  • Is Belize safe?
Yes, the capital city of Belize, Belmopan is very safe. As with any large cities, there is petty crime, so we do not advise bringing any expensive jewelry or electronics beyond what you need.
  • Do I need to know Spanish?
No, the main language in Belize is English. Belizeans do speak Kriol. You can learn some Kriol phrases and words before you come. Here's one of our Instagram Accounts. Kuchriments
  • Do I need to prepare anything for the mission session?
We cannot disclose where the mission session will be located publicly, but it will be supporting other missionaries who serve in the 10-40 window. We will have individual packing lists for approved applicants.
  • Can I work out?
As a matter of fact, We want to equip each student in body, soul, and mind. Even if it's just a walk around the block, we ask all of our students to take time as a team to challenge themselves Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically each day.
